Kidney function test (KFT Test) is a procedure that uses either the blood or urine to help identify issues in the kidneys. There are a few different types of kidney function tests that investigate various aspects of kidney function. Types of KFT tests are urinalysis, microalbuminuria, creatine clearance test, serum creatine test, blood urea nitrogen test. KFT is performed by pathologists.
